Transition - New City, New Culture, New Language

Dear Friends,

Grace and Peace to you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Thank you so much for the outpouring of love, support, and most importantly prayers that have helped sustain us in this transition.

Yesterday marked our fourth week in Chiang Rai. Life has been busier than we expected, and we are thankful to the Lord for carrying us through this time.

Our children started school a few days after our arrival and Kimberly began teaching soon after. While language school begins for us in early March, we hired a language tutor to jump start learning.

Our prayer is that Jesus’ name be shared, celebrated, and lifted above all others. Communication is a key part in being able to share. The Lord is teaching us patience as we wait on Him in this area. While we wait, we’re learning the geographical area, praying for those we encounter, and for those we have yet to meet. We know that nothing is impossible for God, and that one day His name will be praised by all people.

There are no words to express how thankful we are to have people in our lives who are willing to pray for us, who think about us, and who love us.

That All May Hear,

Wesley, Kimberly,

Luke, Lydia, Micah, & Ezra
