Glory to God in the Highest! He has done great things!

Glory to God in the Highest!  He has done great things!

Here we are at the end of another year and hours away from a new decade.  Reflecting on the last ten years, we’re in awe of what the Lord has done in our lives.  We loved the last decade and learned so much.

A little over ten years ago, our family answered God’s call to “Go” to the ends of the earth which started our journey as missionaries to rural China.  The Lord has used our experiences in China to open our eyes to greater spiritual needs.  There’s a complexity in coming from a culture where everyone has had the privilege of knowing the name of Jesus to living among those who’ve never had opportunity to hear.  This awareness has created in us a greater burden for unreached peoples across the world.  We should be burdened for the salvation of lost souls because the love of Christ and our love for God’s truth compels us.

This past year brought the devastating and unexpected news of our team being compromised and our not being able to return to our home, business, friends, and life that we’d built in Guizhou.  Yet, the Lord in His kindness and faithfulness carried us through the deep waters.

Isaiah 43:19 says, “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”  As we enter 2020, the beginning of a new decade, we’re excited to see how God works in providing for our move to Northern Thailand to live among another people group who’ve had little to no opportunity to hear the precious name of Jesus.  We will be sharing more details in the upcoming weeks.

It’s an honor to partner and grow with you!  Here’s to a New Year . . . and a new decade of growing, serving, and loving Christ – through the good days, as well as the challenging ones.  And through it all remember, God is with us and for us and He is continually at work!

That All May Hear,

Wesley and Kimberly Page
