Final Countdown

Grace and peace to each of you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord!

Friends, your prayers have helped to sustain us during our time of quarantine. Tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. CST, we'll be boarding our plane for our long awaited and final destination! Our Lord is kind and faithful!

The two weeks in quarantine have been busy. Our children have had full days of school work, we've had paperwork, and Kimberly had online teacher orientation for three days, plus, some family fun playing games. Lots of laughter. While we've been anxious to reach our new hometown, we also made it a point to cherish our time together as things will be even busier upon our arrival.

Our tomorrow and the weekend will be spent setting up the home the Lord's provided for us, as well as getting to know our little city. The first day of school for us will be Tuesday. Please continue to pray for this transition.

We also ask that you pray for our family back in the States. Kimberly's dad has been ill for a few days and we learned late last night that he was diagnosed with Covid. Her mom is now feeling ill. This affects our daughter, Rachael, and grandson, Max, as Kimberly's parents are his caregivers during the day. They're now in quarantine, as well. While these things are hard in general, there's a helplessness you feel when you're half a world away, but there is power in prayer and we're trusting Jehovah Rapha for provision and healing.

Our faith cannot be contingent upon or renewed by our location and/or circumstances, but by God who gives us breath, by Jesus who gives us opportunity for life in Him, the Word of God which lights our path in Truth, and His Holy Spirit who convicts, teaches and reminds us of God’s truth. May He continually go before us with every step we take.

That All May Hear,

Wesley, Kimberly,

Luke, Lydia, Micah, & Ezra
